March 4th

Well here it is..March 4th.  I have officially kicked my own butt today.  I woke up fairly sore from last night, so I decided to work out this evening instead of this morning.  But other than that its been a great day,  I've had a lot of energy, and really no hunger pains today.

Meals:
Breakfast- Protein shake with berries (water and ice instead of almond milk)
Lunch- A very late salad
Dinner- 4 oz piece of ham, and 2 cups of cabbage
After Workout- Protein Shake with water

Total Calories: 1050
**Lower than intended but I did miss my afternoon snack*

Workout:
45 minutes on an increasing level elliptical (450 calories burned)
Kettle bell squats
Leg Extentions
Leg Curls
Crunches
