One more day!



Tomorrow is the day!

Well tomorrow is the day..  Monday March 4th, the day that I officially change my life. I've decided I'm going to go ahead and go to the gym tomorrow morning, instead of waiting till evening like normal.  I have a late starting Monday where class doesn't begin until 1 PM, so this is only logical to go over in the AM, and possibly in the evening.

 I have gathered all my preparations for meals to get me started and now I'm just patiently waiting to get this chapter of my life started.

What I picked up today at the store:

  1. Lots of veggies
  2. About 12-16 chicken breasts
  3. 2 whole chicken
  4. Protein and Whey (Vanilla)
  5. Cliff Bars, 3 different flavors
  6. Yogurt
  7. Almond Milk
  8. Cottage Cheese
  9. Frozen fruit (for my shakes)
I feel like I'm leaving a large amount of important stuff out of that list.  If I remember anything else or feel anything else is substantial I'll make sure to update my post.  

Check back tomorrow evening, and I'll make sure to have all meals and snacks listed with my caloric intake and workout regiment!
