Well the time has come. I'm tired of this version me. I've always been happy with who I am and wasn't ever truly ashamed, however it's time for a change, before any long term effects of an unhealthy lifestyle. On Monday March 4th I'm diving into a new part of my life! I've decided to set some goals for myself, and it all starts Monday. Some may say they are unrealistic or near impossible, however I've made up my mind, so it shall be done!
- Lose 20 lbs. by April 1st.
- Lose 60 lbs. by July 1st.
- Compete in Tough Mudder November 3rd.
That's right, I'm going to put myself through hell on earth on November 3rd. I fully intend on competing and completing Tough Mudder. I don't care if I come in last, I'm doing it for a sense of accomplishment and to help out with a good cause. (All money raised from Tough Mudder goes towards wounded warriors)
In this blog I'm going to take you on this journey with me. I'm going to include my daily work out routines, my food, and my calorie intake. My weight loss will be on a weekly basis, since I don't want to stand on a scale daily and get discouraged if I don't see a change in one day.
